The Female Freedom Funnel sounds like a female-oriented car accessory. In fact, its a gizmo to avoid "messy hands misery" when producing a urine specimen, and has won its inventor Dr Vincent Forte, a prize for medical innovation. It's certainly true that women often look perplexed when they're invited to provide an MSU and are presented with a bottle rather less than an inch wide. As Dr Forte says with commendable understatement "Something that makes life easier in that situation is, I think, a rather good thing."
